Established in 1991, Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) is a state-owned organization with the responsibility of constructing, operating, and managing aerodromes in Kenya; other functions include, providing and maintaining facilities necessary for efficient aircraft operations, providing rescue and fire-fighting equipment and services, and carrying out related activities.

NavPass is also able to provide accurate statistics for Air Traffic Control (ATC) analysis, airspace design that will optimize airspace for economic prosperity, and precise flight tracking to ensure accurate data.

Aviation Co-ordination Services (Pty) Ltd (ACS) is a not for profit organisation that provides operational support services to international, regional, and domestic airlines operating from, to and within South Africa.

ACS was established in 1999 as a joint initiative of the Airlines Association of Southern Africa (AASA), the Board of Airline Representatives of South Africa (BARSA) and the Airports Company of South Africa (ACSA).

The purpose of creating ACS was to combine resources and provide non-competing, shared services in accordance with national and international standards as well as following best practice.
