Rethabile Constance Molatedi is a final-year LLB student at the University of Botswana. Intrigued by the complex intersection of aviation and law, she aspires to pursue a Master’s degree in Aviation Law. This passion fueled her recent final-year research, which involved a deep dive into Botswana’s Bilateral Air Services Agreements (BASAs). Her work explored the critical extent to which these agreements align with the spirit and objectives of the Yamoussoukro Decision.
