He is the Founder of Aperture Properties, a property development company that is developing the Lanseria International Cargo Terminal, together with the Airport, and Growthpoint Properties.

Hilton is committed to women and youth empowerment, as well as job creation.

He frequently speaks and participates in panels on Real Estate Developments at and around Airports, throughout Africa.

He speaks on diversification of Airport Revenue Streams, both in South Africa as well as across the continent of Africa.

Passionate about people and relationships, and is committed to developing a cargo gateway into Africa, to facilitate the ACFTA, to encourage trade intra Africa, and to improve peoples lives.
